Admin & Account Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statement and ensure approriate accounting control procedures.
  • Issuing invoice to debtor.
  • Responsible for overall day to day accounting and finance function including preparing payment voucher and cash voucher.
  • Responsible for office administrative.
  • Handing company utilities and stationaries.

 

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Fleet Management Manager / Assistant Manager
Prai, Penang

 

Responsibilities :

  • To manage and monitor all vehicle and equipment in the company.
  • Maintain & renes all staturory vehicle inspection physical and reports.
  • Keep monitoring and preparing the doucuments for correspondence and licenses application.
  • Tocommunicate and liaise with Goverment Body, Suppliers, Agent, Bankers for follow up status.
  • To participate and knowledgeable in all related matter and its required application (Puspakom,SPAD,JPJ,Custom,Insurance)
  • Investigate & follow up the accident case for all subsidiary company.

 

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certoficate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in ther related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
  • Preferably Manager.
